Humana organized several meetings this week framed the Universal Children's Day, held yesterday, November 20, dedicated to brotherhood and understanding among children of the planet, and which take place in different activities worldwide to promote child welfare. The organization of this day is limited to the Millennium Development Goals, since six of eight of these objectives pertain directly to the child while the achievement of the remaining two will also make fundamental improvements to the conditions of life of children and girls.
On 23 November, the Foundation organized the Youth Center Daniel Rodriguez of San Sebastian de los Reyes the workshop 'Puppets for Development' within the Third Week of the Child which takes place in the Madrid suburb. Three days later, on 26, Humana promotes 11 to 14 hours a similar workshop in the Civic Center Getafe Sector 3, as part of the cycle on the Rights of the child to education against child exploitation. In both cases, these events for boys and girls from 8 to 12 years.
The aim of these workshops is that boys and girls participating manufactured their own puppet reused textiles to know the benefits of the LDCs to recycle clothes and shoes.
