In March the Education project funded by AECID

Today starts the project to raise school population of municipalities of Madrid and Toledo on the Millennium Development Goals and the reality in less developed countries through puppets from recycled materials.

A total of 50 schools that will participate in the project from now until June 2012, date of completion. Overall, it is estimated that the number of participating children exceed 1,200. The project is funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECI) for the first time that you have decided to support a Humana program in Spain.

First participating schools
From 18 to 21 October takes place in school Melendo Pedro Garcia de Olias del Rey (Toledo) the first sessions and workshops of this project, involving hundreds of elementary school children. On 25 and 27 October will be the turn of the Virgin of the Rosary School Titulcia (Madrid) with the presence of 24 students from the center.

In November, days 8, 10, 15 and 17 is provided similar sessions in the center Yuncler Remigio Lain (Toledo) in which 52 students are expected to attend primary school, while 22 to 25 this month, the team Human Education school will move to Duke of Rivas de Sevilla La Nueva (Madrid).
