From learning to leadership in sustainable agriculture!

The SAS.ATVET Erasmus+ project is proud to celebrate another important milestone with the launch of the National Vocational Diploma in Farm Management (NQF Level 5) at DAPP Vocational Training School (VTS) Namibia.

This new qualification builds on the practical foundation established through the ATVET Level 2 and 3 programmes, providing learners with advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in farm management, climate-smart agriculture, production and financial planning, and applied farm-based research.

More than a new diploma, this programme represents a significant investment in people. It equips future agricultural professionals and entrepreneurs with the skills to establish and manage sustainable agricultural MSMEs, contributing to food and nutrition security, decent employment, and resilient rural communities in Namibia.

The launch of this pilot programme reflects the power of international cooperation and the shared commitment of the Erasmus+ SAS.ATVET partnership to strengthen Agricultural Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ATVET). Together with our partners, we are helping build a modern, demand-driven vocational education system that responds to the challenges of climate change while creating opportunities for young people to thrive.

This achievement is made possible through the support of the European Union's Erasmus+ Programme, demonstrating how international partnerships can foster innovation, strengthen local capacity, and deliver lasting impact for communities.
