Prevention, education and information are the basis for trying to curb many diseases, including malaria.

Therefore, using the experience of community development work under the umbrella of 'Child-Aid' program in the provinces of Bengo and Namibe, Angola, the Foundation and its local partner ADPP has developed over 2014 a campaign for universal distribution of 400,000 mosquito nets to almost all the inhabitants of both provinces.

The distribution has been accompanied by the necessary training to use mosquito nets properly. That is why such distribution has been made in coordination with the Angolan Ministry of Health, provincial authorities and a collaboration of The Global Fund-lu World Fund against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
