Thanks to this project has improved the social, economic and health of 10 women in the district of Boane, Maputo. Before his execution, the beneficiaries, all HIV carriers, unaware of some key aspects of prevention and treatment of disease. Today not only know these issues but have become activists in the fight against HIV / AIDS.
At the same time, the women involved were trained in sewing that gives them an income and be independent. After the project, the results have been very positive for both the beneficiaries and their families, indirectly, also have benefited from the actions. This is a pioneering initiative in the Foundation because of its excellent results, is an example of good practice for future interventions.
